AMAZING!! Unlike any car dealership I have EVER been to! I dreaded it. Three years ago I gave up on the dealerships and paid cash for a car. It was time to get something newer and more reliable. I had been to three different brand dealerships from Charlotte to Fort Mill and I was ready to give up. So tired of being held captive and not seeing the price online OR the price I was told hours and hours before. I went there prepared to be tough, no games. I didn't need to though! They were wonderful! The cars were the price shown online, and I was in a car for a test drive in minutes! Every SINGLE person we came in contact with went out of their way to greet us, offer us something, etc. NOT just the sales person working with us (who was also very nice). They have hired a great group of people that are genuinely friendly and personable to everyone they come in contact with. Talk about hospitality and customer service - A+! They really care about the total customer experience and it shows. Some of the great people I came in contact with that you might want to look for: Brandon Jolly, Michael Reed, Alex Matzke, Bernard Graham (who I didn't talk to much but he always had a smile!), Eric Perryman in finance. When my husband left yesterday morning to drive 80 miles one way to the Union County Kia, never did he expect to come home with a new 2017 Sorrento. Victor Caputo was professional, courteous, knowledgeable in every way. Getting my husband to feel like he's not being talked down to, or doesn't know how "the deal" runs isn't easy, but he knew that Victor wasn't running the typical scam. When a price was agreed upon discussing financing with Eric again was pleasant as he is very knowledgeable in his area of finance and again professional and courteous. We don't live close to Union County Kia but if we did we would highly recommend seeing Victor and Eric. Thank you to both of you!!

Drove from Lynchburg

Yesterday my mom and I drove from Lynchburg, VA to buy a BMW convertible. Niles was so helpful and really took his time to help my mom make sure this is what she really wanted. He made sure all the paperwork was done and tried to make it go as quickly as possible. Eric helped us with financing and talked to my mom about owning a BMW and everything that comes with it. He was so nice and helpful. They also got her a better deal and had Niles come and meet us to sign the othe paperwork for a better deal. Thank you Eric for last night at dinner as well. Niles and Eric are the best!

I absolutely despise the old school, 'tooth-pick in the mouth', coin-flipping type of sleazy salesperson that we've all had to deal with, and I'm glad to say this was not my experience. Chris and the staff at UCK were delightful, helpful and DIDN'T play games. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him what research I had done and he provided his experience with what I was searching for to make sure I had ALL of the correct information to make an informed purchase. I'll recommend him to anybody until I'm blue in the face.

Victor cuputo is one of a kind. Really great guy has help almost my whole family choose there car. Always doing a great job with me and I'm not an easy going person. Go get you a car from him he is really excellent. Trust me it really does make the difference on how easy it is to buy a car when you talk to the right guy. So I went in and talk to another sales man they started beating around the bush so I left and came back 2 days later and there's Victor didn't rush me let me ask the questions that were best for my family and answered them with great information. My wife and I recently got a vehicle from Union County KIA. We were received by Victor Caputo and our experience was a very nice one. We took a lot of time to make our decision (like 4 hours or so) and Mr. Victor was patient, helpful and respectful all time long, he even gave us many good tips about the vehicle we were about to buy and he offered us a very good deal. I would give 6 Stars but 5 is the limit! Let me start by saying this is our first visit to the New Location, We have been customers for a while now and have always had great experiences with Union County KiA. The New location is Fantastic For your leisure and pleasure they offer. Coffee, Tea, Popcorn, Laptops, Very nice lounge area. etc... We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Dave Thomas our New Service advisor. WOW, what an awesome experience, he was well versed, experienced He understood exactly what we were needing in terms of servicing our 2014 KIA Sorento. Dave took the time to listen carefully, while he took notes as to what needed to get done, then personally introduced us to Master Technician Steve ( please forgive me as I did not remember his last name ) but rest assured he is a master! Excellent experience from the moment we drove our car in. Thanks again to Dave Thomas and Master Tech Steve! We look forward to doing business with you for years to come!
