Have confidence in Kia’s reliability thanks to the trip interruption policy that provides reimbursement for meals, lodging, or rental car expenses in the event of a warranty-related incident.

The trip interruption policy is applicable if all of the following requirements are met:

  • » Incident occurs more than 150 miles from your home
  • » Necessary repairs will take more than 24 hours to complete

Pending approval, you may receive reimbursement of up to $100 per day with a three-day maximum.

To put in a request for reimbursement, contact the Kia Consumer Assistance Center and one of our helpful representatives will assess the circumstances and determine if the incident meets the necessary criteria.

Items not eligible for reimbursement include:
